What is "the Analyst" in Bildstak?
The Analyst is Bildstak's autonomous risk investigation module. It cross-references every connected source — BIM, schedule, cost, RFIs, documents — ranks risks across the portfolio with evidence, and surfaces findings proactively, without needing to be asked a specific question.
Most intelligence tools wait for you to ask. The Analyst does not. It is an autonomous agent inside Bildstak that continuously cross-references the project's connected data sources, identifies patterns that indicate risk, and ranks them — surfacing the most significant findings with evidence before they escalate into disputes or delays.
What the Analyst investigates: - Schedule slippage on critical path activities and its cost exposure in the ERP. - RFIs that have been open beyond their contractual response period and the activities they affect. - Cost variances against budget that correlate with scope changes or late instructions. - Specification conflicts across multiple contract packages. - COBie or IDS compliance gaps that would block handover. - Portfolio-level risk ranking — which of your active projects is most at risk, and why.
How it works: The Analyst reads all connected sources simultaneously — the same data any user can query in the chat — and runs cross-source investigations that would take a project controls team days to assemble manually. Each finding is cited: the Analyst shows exactly which source records support its conclusion, so you can verify rather than trust.
The result is that risk surfaces to the people who need to act on it, in time to act, with the evidence already assembled.
