What is Bildstak?
Bildstak is a construction data platform for AEC. It federates the systems on a project — BIM models, schedules, cost/ERP, RFIs, documents and standards — into one live model you can query in plain English, with every answer cited back to its source.
Bildstak connects the dozen-plus tools a construction project runs on — IFC and Speckle BIM models, Primavera P6 schedules, SAP or Maconomy cost ledgers, Procore and Aconex RFIs, BCF coordination issues, IDS and COBie standards, spreadsheets and document libraries — and unifies them into a single model you can ask questions of in plain language.
Underneath, every BIM element carries a stable IFC GlobalID, and Bildstak indexes the whole project by it. So when a clash, a cost line, an RFI and a schedule activity all refer to the same wall, Bildstak joins them — and can trace a delay from its cause to the contract clause to the cost quantum in one question.
On top of that data layer sit purpose-built modules: a Claims Builder, a cost-loaded schedule with earned value, an RFI register, a specification tracker, portfolio risk ranking, estimation from your own historical rates, AI-assisted reporting, and an autonomous Analyst that investigates risk across every source. It deploys in the cloud, in your VPC, or fully air-gapped.
