How do I get started with Bildstak?

Getting started is a scoping call plus a demo on your real project data. Bring a programme export and a cost extract and we will connect your sources, run the federation, and show plain-English answers on your own numbers — before any commitment.

Getting started with Bildstak follows a straightforward path designed to show value on your real data before any commercial commitment:

Step 1 — Scoping call (30–45 minutes). We talk through your project type, the systems you run (schedule, cost, BIM, documents), the questions you most need answered, and any deployment or security requirements. This shapes the demo and surfaces connector questions early.

Step 2 — Demo on your data. Bring a Primavera P6 programme export and a cost extract — that is usually enough to start. IFC models, RFI exports or document folders can be added to widen the scope. We connect your sources, run the federation, and answer questions live on your own numbers, with citations.

Step 3 — Proposal. Based on the scoping call and the data you have, we put together a project-based commercial proposal — two tiers, with add-on modules (Claims Builder, the Analyst) attached as needed. No per-seat surprises.

Step 4 — Onboarding. For cloud deployment, onboarding from signed agreement to live queries is fast — the connectors are built in. For VPC, on-premise or air-gapped, we agree a deployment plan in the scoping call.

If you are evaluating Bildstak for a portfolio of projects or for embedding via the SDK, the scoping call covers that too — the commercial model is flexible for programme-level or platform deployments.

The best first step is to book a call with a programme export ready.
