Does Bildstak work for projects without BIM?

Yes. Bildstak works without BIM on any project that has a schedule, cost data and a document system. Heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial and process programmes connect Primavera P6, an ERP, Procore or Aconex and contract documents — no IFC model needed — and get full intelligence.

BIM is not a prerequisite for Bildstak. The platform federates whatever data sources the project actually has, and many of the most data-rich projects in the world — major civil infrastructure, process plant, rail programmes — do not use IFC models.

What a non-BIM project connects: - Primavera P6 or a similar scheduling tool - SAP, Maconomy or another cost ERP - Procore, Aconex or both for RFIs and documents - Contract documents and correspondence libraries - Spreadsheets and custom REST APIs

What those projects get: - Earned value management from the P6–ERP join - RFI register with ball-in-court and overdue tracking - Claims Builder for EOT and variation claims - Specification tracker for cross-contract conflict detection - Submittal schedule generation from programme logic - Portfolio performance ranking by cost variance and claims exposure - The Analyst for autonomous cross-source risk ranking - AI chat that answers questions across all connected sources with full citations

BIM adds the Element Inspector (click a 3D element → see every linked record), IFC GlobalID-based joins, COBie handover scoring, IDS validation and BCF coordination tracking. But a project without BIM gets the full commercial and programme intelligence layer.

In short: if your project has a schedule and cost data, Bildstak has something to offer.
