Does Bildstak support Speckle?
Yes, Bildstak supports Speckle. It connects to your Speckle streams directly, reading BIM model objects and their parameters and federating them alongside schedule, cost, RFIs and BCF data — so Speckle becomes part of the same queryable project model.
Yes, Bildstak integrates with Speckle. Speckle is an open-source data platform for AEC that streams BIM and parametric model data, and Bildstak connects to your Speckle streams natively.
Once connected, Speckle data flows into the Bildstak federation layer:
- Model objects and parameters — elements streamed from Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper or other authoring tools via Speckle are ingested with their properties and indexed by GlobalID (or Speckle ID) for cross-source joins.
- Live sync — as model revisions are committed to Speckle, Bildstak picks up the updated elements, so the project model stays current without manual exports.
- Cross-source queries — Speckle elements are linked to BCF issues, Procore RFIs, P6 schedule activities and cost lines for the same scope, enabling the same element-centric intelligence as with a directly uploaded IFC.
- Element Inspector — click any Speckle element in the 3D view and see all linked records from every connected source.
For teams using Speckle as their interoperability backbone — connecting Revit, Grasshopper and custom scripts — Bildstak adds the project-intelligence layer on top: AI chat, earned value, coordination tracking and reporting, all citing back to the Speckle stream. The integrations page covers the connection setup.
